Lord Neuberger is President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and President of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the highest court of appeal for current and former Commonwealth countries, as well as United Kingdom overseas territories and Crown Dependencies, including the Isle of Man.

Madam President was pleased to welcome His Honour Deemster Doyle, First Deemster and Clerk of the Rolls, together with Lord Neuberger who was in the Island at the invitation of Deemster Doyle to deliver this year’s Caroline Weatherill memorial lecture.

The distinguished guests’ visit also provided Madam President the opportunity to host a tour of the Tynwald Chambers.
