Public Libraries
The following libraries are operated by Isle of Man commissioners. Membership is free if you are a local rate payer, people from outside the rate paying area may be required to pay a membership charge if you wish to borrow items.

Charity Library
The Manx Family Centre officially opened in October 2025. The bibliotherapy and mobile library services will be relaunched shortly.
The venue on Westmoreland Road can accommodate community groups, charities and Island businesses who require space for meetings or activities.
