The House of Keys Committee on the Landlord and Tenant (Private Housing) Bill will take further oral evidence in the Legislative Council Chamber, Legislative Buildings, Bucks Road, Douglas on the following dates from the witnesses/organizations named below:

8th September 2014:

• Mr Councillor David Ashford, Chairman of the Housing & Property Advisory Committee, Ms Kathy Rice, Chief Executive, and Mr Ian Clague, Borough Engineer & Surveyor - Douglas Borough Council;
• Mr Tony Harmer, Commissioner, and Mr Peter Whiteway, Clerk - Ramsey Town Commissioners;
• Mrs Vivienne Quane, Chairman - Municipal Association.

9th September 2014:

The sessions will start at 2.30 pm.
