Career: Four years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Regiment of Wales serving across the globe seeing active service in Northern Ireland 1990-94; Nationwide International, Isle of Man Operations Manager 1994-2000; Established local recruitment consultancy Paragon building up the business before selling it 2000-07; Worked with blue chip companies in London sourcing senior executives 2007-09; 2009 returned to the Isle of Man with McKenzie Fox, which offers local and international recruitment solutions.
