Tynwald Day 2021 is only a week away!

For 2021, the Tynwald Ceremony will start one hour later than usual for operational reasons. The official ceremonial programme will begin with the Onchan Silver Band leading the schools parade at 11.10am and will be followed at 11.15am by the Band of the Royal Air Force College who will lead the march on of the Guard of Honour from The Queen's Colour Squadron (63 Squadron RAF Regiment), the Standard Bearers and all the Manx units and organisations.

Petitioners are now invited to meet the Clerk of Tynwald at the Lychgate at the new time of 11.00am.

The timing of events on the fairfield will not change and the enhancements programme will be adjusted only slightly in the early afternoon to accommodate the later finish time for the ceremony, now expected to be around 2pm.
