‚ÄčA Bill to amend the Credit Unions Act 19936 to impose a requirement for credit unions to be licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority; to make comprehensive and self-sufficient provision for the registration of credit unions; to break the reliance on the Industrial and Building Societies Acts 1892 to 1986; to subject credit unions to the requirements of the Financial Services Act 2008; and for connected purposes.
