Future of the Post Office: Oral Evidence

​The Economic Policy Review Committee, a Standing Committee of Tynwald, is inquiring into the future of the Post Office and intends to report on this matter to Tynwald in May. The Committee intends to hear oral evidence in public from the persons listed below at the times stated in the Legislative Council Chamber, Legislative Buildings, Bucks Road, Douglas.

Friday 20th March 2020, 9.15am

Mary Palmer, Sub Postmaster at Laxey and Peel

Wednesday 25th March 2020, 12.30pm

Andrew Corrie, Area Manager, Manx Co Op

The members of the Economic Policy Review Committee appointed by Tynwald are Mr Chris Robertshaw MHK (Chair), Mr Tim Baker MHK and Mr Jason Moorhouse MHK. The Committee’s previous report on the future of the Post Office, which was laid before Tynwald in October 2019, is here:
